North Star

Joseph serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition and Contributions for North Star by assisting with the management and placement of volunteers. As a growth and development coach for over 25 years teaching life/management skills to doctors and executives, he now helps key opinion leaders humanize medicine as the director of business development for a high tech company in Utah. He served an LDS mission in Texas after six years in the United States Marine Corps that concluded as a drill instructor at San Diego MCRD. A convert to the church at the age of 14 in Los Angeles, he credits loving Saints and the Gospel of Jesus Christ for rescuing him from a strained, broken home. His experience in the LDS Church includes serving as Bishop, and every other position in the Bishopric except Ward Clerk –which is good, since his left brain is usually asleep. Married for over 30 years to his best friend and love of his life, she’s also the only woman in the world he has ever been attracted to. Joseph and Vicki have lived in South Jordan Utah for the last 23 years.
